Rusty Brett is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Lift Division. With over 25 years of entrepreneurship, business ownership and marketing experience under his belt, he has a passion for launching businesses and helping other businesses grow their sales and client base.

Rusty is also the co-founder and CEO of HoundDog.com. HoundDog uses AI to collect Certificates of Insurance and the tech then reads the COI's and verifies that the coverages meet the client’s requirements. If the COI doesn't meet requirements (e.g. missing additional insured or work comp coverage), HoundDog pushes back to the vendor letting them know what is missing so they can re-submit a correct COI. HoundDog's tech even automatically fetches proof of insurance at renewal time without a human needing to do anything, which reduces risk to the organization since this step often gets missed.

Rusty is a Mizzou grad, a tennis junky, and a startup community veteran with a passion for learning.
