What is the one thing you think every business owner should do to improve their digital footprint? Research enough for education purposes, then hire a pro to help you create a strategy and accomplish your goals.

What’s your official title and what do people think you do?
I’m the Chief Operating Officer. People think I run the show, but mostly, I face challenges head-on, respond to an alarming number of emails, and talk to our team about clients and projects. I’m a glorified taskmaster and Google calendar wizard.

What is your favorite thing about working in the digital marketing space? I’m curious by nature and love learning new things – digital marketing requires both, and it brings me a lot of happiness and satisfaction.

Is there a web tool you can’t live without? Grammarly – hands down. Need to change the tone of an email? Check. Want to ensure the content is organized and informative? Done. It also sends cute email newsletters to let me know that I’m awesome and a better writer than I give myself credit for! Ooh, we just ended on a preposition.

What’s your favorite Lift Division memory? Jamie Stephens once mentioned in a team meeting that I was the heart of the Lift Division. I’ll never forget that moment. What an incredible compliment and honor. When I have a hard day, or I’m deciding how to handle a situation, I think of this, and it helps guide me.

What’s your secret talent? I’m a plant whisperer. When you visit the Lift Division office, be sure to stop by and check out the epic 10 foot fiddle leaf fig in my office! It's my pride and joy, other than Archer, the world's most dramatic (but handsome) shiba inu.

What’s one task you wish you got to do more of? I’d love to hang out with our team more often outside of work. Finding a day and time to meet up with everyone and chill can be hard, but when we do find time – we make it count. Here’s looking at you, Lift Division Christmas Party of 2021.

What is your essential desktop item or office toy? Sharpies. I want them in all the colors, scents, and whatever else they’ve dreamed up at the Sharpie headquarters. I also simply love office supplies.

Who’s your most listened-to artist or album for your work day? I’ve created over 50+ curated Spotify playlists for every mood, season and whim. Give me your top 10 favorite songs or bands and I’ll make you an epic playlist. I also look forward to the weekly podcast from Hard Fork, where I can get my AI and digital fix.

Let’s play “Kiss, Marry, Kill.” Email, Social Media, and Zoom. Marry Zoom, kiss social media and kill email. Unless you’re going to call me…then, please don’t – an email works much better.
